and 100% of those calling in did not have adequate information to form an opinion.
So if they caught Timothy McVeigh on his way to Home Depot or wherever to buy a truck full of fertilizer he was not a serious threat, after all, he did not have any explosives yet. When Clinton was President, Osama bin Laden was not a serious threat either by this logic.
