Right behind the anti-flag burning amendment just passed in the house, and just before the anti-gay marriage amendment proposal? There was talk of repealing the presidential term limit during Reagan's second term, and he was already having trouble wiping his own ass.
Remember right after Arnold was elected in CA, all the talk of amending the Constitution so foreign born can become president?
