Saddam had a megolomaniac's desire to self-destruct. He did not care if it meant he being toppled. The evidence of his recklessness is the fact that he is on trial as we speak. What makes anybody believe that Saddam wouldn't have loved to get chemical or biological weapons into the hands of Osama?...Osama had a pretty good record of delivering on his promises.
