Actually, just a reverse of the procedure that they used to get here. Pack up their stuff and put 'em on a plane and say "You're not welcome here anymore. Buh-Bye." It may take twenty years or so to complete but it would be very doable. Asian countries (like Saudi Arabia) do such things all the time.

Unless its been moved in the last month or so, Saudi Arabia was in the Middle East.
