PS:
Years ago I worked for a company in Ohio.
We bought shirts for a baseball team that some of our employees played with.
One of our 40 year old, 40 pound overweight, former non-athlete, who thought he was something tore up his knee sliding into second base.
Guess what. Workers Comp paid.
Why?
It was a "company sponsored" event.
I have never again bought a shirt or anything else for any "team", no matter whether it was bowling or checkers.
Sad, but true..
