I just bought a 99 Boxster from Jim Smolka. Couldn't have been easier, (well, dealing with Jim couldn't have been easier. US and Canada customs, shipping company, well, that's another story
)
He took it right in for a PPI, we agreed quickly and easily on price, and there were no problems whatsoever. He was particularly patient with the crappy shipping company who took 2 @#$% weeks to pick the car up.
The best part was that the car is in absolutely immaculate shape. After washing and waxing, I found 2 tiny stone marks on the front, much less than you'd expect for a 7 year old car, and I had to look hard to find those!
