All the boxters use R-134A freon so you can go to your local Wal-mart and pick up a few cans for 8-10 dollars. At Idle the low sides should be around 38-50psi and the hight side 175-225psi. If you go to you local autoparts store they will sell a gauge set up along with manuals about A/C systems. The test ports are located and the pass side of the battery under the plastic cover. Die will help you find the leak,as will a leak detector they can be bought for $100 and up, Check E-bay. Good luck P.M. me if you need any more help
