Considering the panels look like they were painted with that crinkle/wrinkle valve cover paint, I would be pretty fired up too! Concourse or not, I would expect smooth paint regardless.
That said, HOW this situation has been handled is far more riveting than any reality TV show on any network
Too bad friendships were lost over this - it is really why I don't recommend people/places to anyone anymore. As soon as ***** hits the fan, you end up caught up in the storm
And when it hits the fan, it is hard to turn and run away when a friend is involved...
