How can I find the history of a car without a title or registration
Is there a way to find out who's the last person to have title to a car? There's a Spec RX7 car for sale here, but the guy who has it bought it from a friend and he doesn't have a title or registration.
A Carfax would only show if the car was stolen or salvage, but it's not going to tell me WHO owns it. Is there a way to figure this out?
