Given that we have roughly 80 or so years to 'invest', and Tabs lives in a desert while Motion lives by the ocean, who is the smarter 'investor'? What good is it being able to afford great clothes when you're old and you're body looks like crap? There are just a few places I'll call home in this world and most of them fall inside the California state line.
