Do we care? It's a political device. (Not a work of academia or a piece of journalism). And somebody, somewhere has read it...ok make that somebodies.

(I get the feeling that whenever any of these come out, the majority of the copies get sold to the other political ideology to distribute among a bunch of staffers, so they can ooh/ahh, then assign a few pages to each staffer to dissect for the news shows).
