If I were handy with pshop, I'd draw a straight trend line on your graph.
That would show that the house should trend towards around $1 million. From an apparent peak of $1.5 million, that's a pretty heavy correction.
And, the house in your graph isn't going to lose as much percentage not because it is in a good location, but because it didn't bubble as much as most.
