Mike, I'm not saying you're wrong, but a friend of mine moved into a new house where the whole neighborhood was infested. After everyone in the neiborhood complained the builder sent out exterminators to spray a few times, and it took care of them. Maybe the exterminator located the actual spiders, and direct sprayed them? But somehow they took care of them.
