Rush is at best a fallen hero. The man railed against drugs and drug addicts, then became one himself. I never heard him apologize for any of the hateful things he said before he succumbed to his demons. He is the poster child for hypocrisy.
Clinton was no choir boy. And to my mind his relationship with Monica was harassment as there is no "consent" in supervisor/subordinate relationships. And he should be held accountable for that any any other incidents.
But it never ceases to amaze me how some of you guys have the black/white goggle firmly loctited into place. Bush has issues too. Big ones. Rush is an unapologetic hypocrite. Coulter is a mean-spirited entertainer who will say anything outrageously conservative to make money. Al Franken does the same from the left, although he at least infuses some humor into it. And the Kennedys...well, enough has been said about them.
The sooner that the blinders come off, the sooner we might actually move the country forward.
