Hamdan was social engineering by the SC. Rulings of law that fit the so called "mainstream" has been going on since the late 1960s. Taking social problems and turning them into legal ones are their claim to fame. It's only a vehicle for left wing political advocacy. You hang in there for social justice lawyering. The revolution needs all the help it can get. You'd have more fans if you were clearer on your position instead of stretching the Constitution to fit your position.
