Question Engine compartment fan - bushing?

Hi all, When I bought my car a few weeks ago I knew going in the engine compartment fan for the heater wasn't working. I was diagnosing the problem this evening and found it to be a loose wire. I cleaned up the end and re-soldered it to it connector and viola, the fan works.

Ahhhh!!! what's that noise? Well, the fan motor works but has a strange grinding noise to it. I decided to take it apart and see what it looks like in there.

As soon as I removed the blower fan from the engine compartment I noticed it was quite sloppy in the housing and the shaft was rocking back and forth. I took it apart further and found this...

Looks like this bushing (bearing?) is completely worn. Here is a shot of the other side.

It looks like it can be pushed or pressed out but I wonder if there is a replacement bushing for this or if I just need to look into buying a complete motor assembly. Any ideas what this part # might be? How to remove it? Where I could get a new part?
