Ok what if you were to do this, drill off brush plate assembly,(the three rivets holding the the brush plate assembly to the forward motor plate), and measure the area where the bushing is and try to find a sealed bearing to fit the motor shaft and fit in the forward motor plate. Primarily you would have to match the size of the inner race to the motor shaft first then look for the closest size of the outer race to fit the forward motor plate or drill and/or machine the forward motor plate to fit the new sealed bearing. Then re-rivet or use machine screws and fiber-lock nuts to attach the brush plate to the forward motor plate. I hope what I typed makes sense because I'm thinking faster than I can type.
