I've forgotten a lot about the buses. I had a '67 walk thru, but it was not a 21 window. That is a lot of money, but Chris is correct. if you commissioned a restoration of this caliper, it would cost you that easily. I see the bus has sold. I wonder how close to asking was paid. VW also had a bus that had side doors on both sides. I think one of those would have brought the big money, especially turned out as nice as this one. West Coast has been around a long time. They have a good rep; that counts too for a bigger sale price.
