Find out what insurnace carrier the construction crew uses go after them with both barrels. put a statement in writing - get the lady in the merc to get it in writing. Have both notorized make a copy with an estimate from a reputable shop to make it prefect. Send to said insurnace carrier and ask when you can expect a check.
