Awesome photos, that must be incredible. I'm hoping to go to the main race next year. By the way, the driver of the GT40 that got punted and toasted was Adrian Newey, the current Red Bull (formerly of McLaren and Williams before that) F1 designer. He wasn't hurt, and he complimented the build quality of the GT40.
