At the Emergency Animal Hospital
My dog had diarrea and wasn't eating. Took her to the emergency dog hospital yesterday. She's still there. They allow me to visit, so I went earlier, and then tonight around 9ish....
Anyway, it was probably 100 degrees today. Right now, it's something like upper 80s.
Some guy comes in carrying his dog, this dog is drenched and is panting profusely. The people there ask what happened as they're running to the room, the guy says "she was in the car too long..." and off they go.....
I am completely sick to my stomach over this. I never understood why people would leave an animal or a child in a car when they, themselves wouldn't sit in the car under those conditions. If it's too uncomfortable for them, it's too uncomfortable for animals and children.
WTF is wrong with people? I honestly don't get it.
