Engine Identification Help

I think I have a problem.....

I had to have the engine out due to a oil leak and a lot of white smoke, ultimately a damaged cylinder due to too much oil causing a piston ring failure.

Engine is 930.101.104 and is 4R

Cylinders read 885-3BX and the pistons are M2

there is no "Mahle", or the indicator for Alusil. I belive the "M" to stand for the brand of piston (who's name I forget right now), and the "2" to mean 2 oversized.

HOWEVER, this car is a 1981 SC, supposed to be a 3.0 but the cylinder measures approx 94mm

How screwed am I?
