1. Make sure compressor is pumped up fully.
2. Remove inner stem from schrader valve.
3. Wrap a tie-down around the tire and crank it down until the tire has lot of pressure all around the bead.
4. Fill tire rapidly until the bead seats.
5. After the bead is set, let out enough air until you can insert the stem back into the valve. Remove tie-down.
6. Fill up tire.
