At what time of day have the murders occured and where? as in break in at house or out on the corner?
A majority of your inner city murders here are out on the street in the middle of the night when most productive citizens are sleeping or on the internet.
Down here is Florida its usually a gang turf war or drug deal gone bad. There is the occasional, she wouldn't let me take her scooter for a ride so I shot her, stupidity too.
