$5,000 seems like a great price!
Interior looks decen for it's age and the supension & brakes are all fresh.
Motor is still strong, tires look decent.
At least he took lots of phots's so there are no surprises in the front without the fenders.
The car would make a great second Porsche for me if I had the space
I've seen $10,000 SC's that need more work.
