I agree with Milt & GothingNC. This looks like a great car for the $$; especially if you're looking for a "driver". If my Porsche fund hadn't become my "going back to university" fund, I'd be on a plane to pick this up, after having a fellow Pelican check it out.
Looks like a great "entry level" 911, a bit rough around the edges cosmetically, but in fine form mechanically. Drive and enjoy as you work on the esthetics.
Similar 911s do seem to op up now and then, I think you just need to be ready to jump NOW (I'm not). FWIW, didn't TRE have an SC in similar condition last year, for about the same price?
