The law is fine as long as you are a normal tax paying citizen. Other than that, there are a million excuses.
It is not that complicated. You drive - you do so licenced in an inspected, registered and insured vehicle. Or you dont drive.
If you dont like it - you take the bus, ride a bike, walk or you go home.
