6) No Sense of Independence – Requires Constant Supervision

This one drives me crazier than anything. I hate employees that *always* need to be told what to do. I can't stand the type of script kiddies that want to work with me that have zero creative vision, no idea of how the process works, and need an entire walkthrough for an entire project. My boss is great, he totally lets me have the freedom to work on things with my own style, and I have a lot of input in prioritizing tasks. In my own side-projects, though I work best alone, even if that means only sleeping 5 hours per night.
