carb adjustments ALWAYS begins w/ valve adjustments then timing then carbs.
at this point if the front/back balance is still off then you will need to adjust by a) in the case of solid shafts twist the shafts every so slightly so that both butterflies are allowing the same amount of air to flow. b) if split shafts then they will need to be ajdusted indepentely.
