i am trying to resize some photos and am having a hell of a time. i have gotten some help from the window "help" deal but am still having problems.

i have windows XP so to edit photos it takes the picture to the paint edit deal. my problem is i go to the attributes tab on the drop down menu as directed by the "help" deal, resize the photo but it only will take a portion of the photo. it will take the upper right corner, or if i center the picture it takes just the center portion, more of a chop of the image.


funny thing is the old window picture editor on my previous work computer was a breeze, the new and improved has me all fuched up.
