OT subforum called "the cesspool."

OT threads that go bad get moved there.

Participants can continue flaming and insulting all they want. Can't complain about it, since they chose to follow the moved thread.

Since thread isn't being closed nor member banned, threshold for sending thread to cesspool can be low. Don't need to agonize over it. Basically when thread devolves to name-calling, to the cesspool it goes.
