I've always marvelled at name calling. People can come up with names that are funny, have no logical meaning, and are insulting at the same time.
Some of my favorites are asshat, buttmunch, dickweed, etc.
Any good ones I missed?

Please note i am not directing this towards anyone, I just thought it would be a fun direction to take the thread.
