I have on 2 occasions had attornies try to extort money from my company. The first time was for $10,000. I paid another attorney $800 to tell them to go to hell. They went away.

The second one is right now. The funny part is the person that hired an attorney to try to extort money from me is an attorney himself. They are trying to extort $170,000 from me.

Now I have had to hire an attorney again to review his accusations.(Totally lies and unfounded) and wrtie another FU letter. More money spent because people think they can bully you into paying out money right away to go away. Maybe I should look into a countersuit?

There are lots of people in this world that spend all their time looking for ways to extort money instead of earning it and the lawyers are happy to help.
