Damn that is a terrible site
You put way to much work into that car for it to be destroyed by some low life. That situation with the cop definitely sucks too, I have had nothing but bad experiences with Chicago cops. I have been harassed several times by them when I was doing absolutely nothing wrong... one even told me he was going to kick my ass when I was only 17
Too bad nobody got the license plate, but hopefully you got a good enough view of the car where you might be able to track it down.
