Not so fast..that's where problems begin...with semantics.....
some people measure "inches of toe" at the edge of the tire...instead of edge of the rim...can be off by more than 100% that way..if you didn't capture the true intent. ( rim diamter is 15-16" ,for example, and tire diametr may be 24-27"...etc)
Toe is *best* described in minutes or degrees...no confusion that way....
