Scott,
I have to chuckle every time I read your 'antique' plates. The shape seems ageless, and the connotations of that word have never fit comfortably.
Yours is a beautiful car, no doubt. The bumper paint (or lack thereof) takes nothing away.
Since I live on a gravel road, the urethane front valence from BW seems like a logical choice. I'll most likely use FG for the rear. All of this now depends on whether or not the 964 smile will work with another manufacturer... The only other real deviations from the Ruf styling will be the 993 mirrors and Getty 3.8 RS SC decklid/spoiler. The rain gutter shaving will have to wait until just before the body is ready for paint, but it's something I really want to do. Now if someone could replicate the Ruf Carrera +1" rear flares, the list would be complete.
God, I need new mirrors and H4s...
Great car. Thanks for taking some risks. It's worth it, clearly.
Chris
