i used to do it in artschool. for a friends bachelor party, we did cool "freds dead" tshirts. i did it in my bathroom with simple supplies. it isnt hard. buy the stuff from hobby/art stores? black on a white shirt is a no brainer. i seem to remember a hobby kit you can buy.
