(Playing the devil's advocate for our liberal friends on this board) What is so wrong with this? The 15 year old obviously consented to this arrangement. In the purest sense of sexual freedom, it is indeed her body to do with as she pleases. Hell, her 15 year old boyfriend(s) has (have) been taught how to put on a condom for a number of years by now. She has been told, repeatedly in public school, that her private life is just that. No one has any business quetioning her choices. Where is the victim here? No victim, no crime, right? Geez, she got the piercing and tats she always wanted out of this, didn't she? She presumably had her mom's permission to get them, if she needed that at all. No one was hurt; I'm not seeing the crime here. (Done playing devil's advocate.)
So I guess society still does impose morals through the rule of law. We all draw the line somewhere. This story is, of course, reprehensible. To most of us anyway. I'm waiting for our esteemed supporters of individual freedoms to side with this illustrious trio and explain to us why it is not.
