My Mega Squirt Stimulator came in the mail yesturday (green circuit board on the right side). I soldered it together this morning which only took an hour. Boy is the new soldering iron much nicer to use. I then grabbed an old AC/DC 9V adapter I have had for 20 years (I knew there was going to be a reason to keep this thing around) BTW this just reinforced my packrat habit. Plugged in the Stim into the Mega Squirt computer, plugged in the AC/DC adapter and check voltage on the power supply. It is suppose to read 5V and my meter was showing 4.98V on all the pins I needed to check. YAH! So My power supply is functioning which is a relief because I was worried about the HUGE soldering iron I was using at the time.

Now it is time to solder up the serial communications.
