If they are early car sports seats in good condition, they and the rails would be worth a few thoudsand. If they are standard seats only a few hundred. I don't think the plaid itself would make the seats any more or less valuable than seats with any other fabric insert. You might find somebody wanting to salvage the material itself. If so, condition would play a big role.
