Less than good parts catalog.....let's see:

1. Using line drawings from the 50s, 60s, 70s, 80 and 90s instead of either digital photos or better drawings.

2. Poor descriptions or lack of information. (Look at "M" codes to see that)

3. Lack of proper search system

4. Lots and lots of other stuff that is to say the least..when you are in business, more than frustrating.

An example............ ever tried to order trim parts?
Because the description given by Porsche AG doesn't really mean anything , you never really know what you will get. We just ordered some door trim pieces for a 993. The VIN was given and the parts are 60 - 90 days away from delivery. That is ok, the car is 10 years old.
But, we still don't know what we will get.

Worse is ordering electrical connectors........

MB and BMW are no better. Bearing in mind digital photography is not exactly new, the parts catalogs should be redone.
