The Diva is kind of awkward, as Alfas go. For the most part, I have to stop and look at almost any Alfa I see. They appeal to the part of me that loves curves and proportions.

When I heard Subaru had hired their chief designer away from Alfa, I had great hopes for them, until I saw the Tribeca and the re-nosed Impreza. He proved you can't just take the basic styling elements and invert them with any measure of success. (In fact, if you lined up a bunch of Japanese cars and said, "One of these lines were penned by an ex-Alfa designer.", I would probably pick out the Mazda 3 & 6 lines. Hmmm.)
