And whatever you do get one of the "we inspect it every few months and replace it if it goes AWOL from the setting" insurances on it. My wife's ring was like that from a mall retailer (marks & morgan), but she stopped going in, and a couple years ago the stone went awol. Still haven't been able to afford a replacement for just the stone...
