50k on west coast? That's a little aggressive...cabs are in the mid 30's like the one you described
be sure to be prepared for top repairs if it hasn't been done already...i have owned 2 and both had issues.
cabs are actually lowered priced than comprable coupes btw....
sounds like a decent deal...just get that ppi to look at the top with a fine tooth comb
