I dont get it, BRAND NEW seals.

I put them in, and use them, rain ROLLS down the window on the inside.

I think I installed them in backwards, is that possible?

There's a weep hole in the seal, does that go toward the front of the car or the back of the car?

Also the flap on the seal itself, does that face the outside of the window or the inside?

Help me. Everything else is fine, but i need this fixed.
