Well, we just bought another house. The first house was terrible. Our realtor has been better than expected. We are writing a letter to his manager with a lot of commendations. He has taken great care of us.
Let me just say this, get a home inspection...well worth the money.
We close in 2 weeks, and we couldn't be happier. This is a great house with a clean inspection in a great neighborhood.
