Following along your line, Art. When one of your customers arrives at your business, calls you a "monkey" and wants to be beside you while you work, there would be no problem?
I would never deal with any business that I had doubts about.
I like oil change shops, we make money out of repairing the damage they cause. Still dealing with a law suit from 2001 regarding engine damage caused at an oil change shop. We had to rebuild the engine.
