I don't understand, if it's illegal to have more than one wife, how can you be "married" to more than one? Alll the subsequent ones are invalid, hence, your not married to them since its illegal! All he's guilty of is sleeping around with other women. Now the fact that some of them are under the marrying age, even in Utah, makes it rape of a minor in my opinion, but not polygamy, which technically can't exist if its illegal.
