CA to cap greenhouse gasses - Sell the car?

They haven't given the details, but I can see where my old 911 may become illegal in this state. Hell, I'de have to sell my whole fleet. Maybe not this bill, but the next one? Of course I won't sell now, but it's worth thinking about.
