I was watching a windmap of the storm yesterday. The maximum sustained winds I saw on land were 27 mph (42 mph over water). I think a couple of well-aimed sneezes could have put the thing out.
I have family in Melbourne and Cocoa Beach...they all called me yesterday for my birthday. No one mentioned the storm.
